FAQ

A full day session is 9:00am (arrival) until approximately 4:00pm at most of our centres. Centres, operating times differ – please contact our booking office for more details.

The games go ahead regardless, in all weather conditions. All the game zones are outdoors, but there are sheltered areas and lockers in the base camp where you can store your gear between games.

To avoid getting lost we suggest you make sure all drivers in your group print the directions from the website and take these with them. Our directions are for guidance only, we recommend using a road map for more precise directions. If you do have trouble finding the centre, call us on 1-800-568-8909 one of our friendly staff will assist you in finding your centre.

There is no minimum or maximum number of required players; any group size is fine. However there may be a minimum number of players required to open the site if no other groups are booked in for the time and day you request. You will need 20 players to form your own team and if you book a game of 40 players then you can secure your own private game.

All players are required to complete a registration form before they begin play. Players under 16 years must have their form signed by an adult; we suggest you send these out with your invitations. The other parents should return their completed registration forms for you to bring to the paintball centre on the day of the event. Our Parental Consent Form that is required at Delta Force paintball centres can be downloaded here.

On arrival at 9.00am, you will be greeted by our friendly staff who will check you in. After you have filled out registration forms you will be kitted up with all the gear needed for the day and undergo a compulsory safety briefing. Then the action starts around 10.00am! You will play 10-12 varied games during a full day session, with short refreshment breaks in between to reload your paintballs and discuss tactics!

No alcohol is permitted on site. Any players who have been drinking or using illegal substances will be excluded from the games and asked to leave the centre.

Where possible we will join your group with a group of similar age. However, there are occasionally groups of mixed ages when parents like to play with their children, or there are older siblings joining in etc.

Delta Force Paintball has set its minimum playing age to be 10 years old. All players under the age of 14 should be accompanied by an adult.

There is no way of knowing how many paintballs you will use, as it depends on how trigger-happy you are. It is entirely up to each person how many paintballs they want to use. You can purchase paintballs at the centre throughout the day, during the breaks between games.

For health and safety reasons, and to maintain a consistent safety standard across all centres, you can only use paintballs issued by Delta Force on the day of your event. Any unused paintballs can not be carried forward to a future event.

You’re free to use your own paintball goggles, combat suits and markers on the day. The marshals will fill the air bottles to 3000 PSI after each double game (about 30 minutes of action). You will have more than enough gas to get you through the games.
The manager will do a quick chronograph on the gun to make sure it’s firing below 300 FPS and check that your air cylinder is DOT/TC stamped satisfies H & S guidelines. From there you are free to use the guns throughout the day in any private game or game line with other patrons with their own marker.
We operate a strict ‘no guns in the base camp’ policy, however your gun will be safely racked in our gun zone and you’ll be able to do any maintenance in between games if it’s required.

We do NOT allow any customers’ own gas cylinders on site for ANY REASON.

We recommend players wear old, comfortable clothing and may also want to bring a change of clothes for the conclusion of the game. The most suitable footwear would be a light boot, with deep tread and ankle support, but old trainers are most commonly worn. Full head protection goggles, body armour and combat suit with high padded collar are included in your admission. Paintball gloves and groin guards are available to buy at the centre, or you can bring your own. You may also want to bring some money for purchasing additional paintballs.
